Shipping policy

Haida Gwaii is a remote archipelago off of the north coast of British Columbia. We are therefore limited to shipping with Canada Post, without air service. All mail goes via BC Ferries which travel up to twice a week but is 100% reliant on favourable weather. While your order will processed in a timely manner, be aware that delays can happen due to foul weather and cancelled sailings – more often in the winter months.
For orders within Canada be aware that orders in the past have taken from 1 to 3 weeks to deliver.

Original Paintings
All original paintings will be custom packed and shipped based on your ship to location – please contact us for coordination and pricing.

Local Pick Up
If you live on Haida Gwaii you may select the free “pick up” tab. I will contact you and we can make arrangements for you/friend to pick up or we will deliver if you are in Masset. British Columbia – Pacific Coastal Cargo If you live in/near a community that is serviced by Pacific Coastal Airline you may have the option of having large paintings or prints delivered as cargo to your area.
Please contact us if you are considering the purchase of a large piece that may qualify for this service.

Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make any changes or to cancel your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and unless the order has shipped we will accommodate your request.

Returns or Exchanges
Due to the logistical and environmental costs of shipping to and from Haida Gwaii we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will make every effort to communicate with you to answer any and all questions before you place your order so that you may do so in confidence.
Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and has been entered correctly – if you need to modify the delivery address after check out, email me as soon as possible and we will help make the appropriate edits if the order has not shipped. If your order is returned to us a re-shipping fee will apply.

Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged please take photo(s) and email us with a description of the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
